Fall Lettuce Salad
It’s been a while since we last debuted a salad as the featured menu item of the week, but this one is way too good to overlook! Recent weather has us ready to whip out our big comfy sweaters, carve a pumpkin, and jump into all things fall. If you’re not quite there with me yet, maybe you can ease your way in with our Fall Lettuce Salad.
For this crowd pleaser, we top a mountain of assorted baby lettuce with hearty roasted sweet potatoes, sweet and tender figs and dates, and top it all off with a crunch; toasted pine nuts and an extra large herbed goat cheese crouton. We finish with a drizzle of our house made black mission fig vinaigrette and you are ready to go!
We suggest you pair this bulked up salad with our Chilled Cucumber Soup and a Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie to round out the perfect autumn lunch!
